Global Rebranding/Comms overhaul - help urgently needed!!

Help! We are small, UK-based, specialist international NGO that focusses on getting health information (mainly books) to those that need it in developing countries.We have fairly high brand recognition amongst health workers/NGO in developing countries, but are virtually unknown in the UK. Our name is misleading and old-fashioned and does not communicate our niche in the international development world. Our website is dysfunctional, outdated and not user-friendly. It is hampering our attempts to develop the organisation. We have virtually no support/donor engaement materials or mechanisms. We are 50 years old this year (2015) and we urgently need to relaunch, with a new brand, logo, website and comms materials (social media presence, fundraising literature etc) Can you help us with any/all of the above?
