FamilyLine wants to support more people, help us achieve this aim!

As a very small charity all things marketing get pushed down the priority list when compared to recruiting and training helpline volunteers or raising the money to keep our service running. In truth it feels like a very large task which neither of us part-timers are expert enough to handle.Yes we have a website, twitter account and facebook (which we sometimes have time to update!). We advertise in a few family magazines and with Yell.com. We have printed literature which we mail out to statutory services and groups of professionals who signpost people to our helpline - 12% of our calls come from such signposting. However we often wonder if our literature is effective in communicating what our helpline delivers? Where should we spend our (tiny) amount of marketing time and budget for best return? How do we work smarter and deliver increased awareness of FamilyLine? The aim is for more people to know about and benefit from the free service our charity provides and for us to be able to easily maintain all the elements that will achieve this outcome. We would be excited to hear from you if you think your expertise and experience can help FamilyLine deliver its aim. Please let us know before 5th December if you think you can help us.
