Someone to coach a new member of the team

We are a social enterprise dedicated to providing music industry skills training for people with learning disabilities/long term unemployed/mental health difficulties/ homeless etc - as well as popular music/electronics clubs for the local community (in a disadvantaged part of York, England).    Is there anyone who would be so good as to coach one of my new recruits regarding basic marketing principles, and then talk them through how this might apply for our situation?  My way of doing things has been a bit ad hoc and maverikish and doesn't translate well when passing onto someone else - it would be great if they could have advice from someone who knows what they are talking about.
