Senior Manager Introduction The Blues Busters is a small charitable organisation based in Bognor Regis West Sussex who are setting up a youth club for young people aged between 11-25. Job Description The role of our senior management will be to supervise the entire functions and operations on a daily basis. You will be in charge of supporting and consulting with our CEO, project manager and the trustees who will be working at the youth club.Requirements• Must have 10 or 20 years experience in the industry• Must be polite, friendly and easy to approach• Experience in working with youth workers and trustees• Worked on previous projects where you had to run it all• Strong leadership and people skills• Knowledge of running institutions and organisations, such as youth clubs.
