Help needed to promote Worldwide event with guerilla marketing

Dear Marketer and PR People,the world Biodynamic farming day is a worldwide event, that wants to raise awareness for biodnamic farming. Biodynamic Farming is the a farming system, that "produces all on its land, what it needs" (Steiner). Prince Charles is a big fan of supporter of biodynamic farming, a speech of him to the Biodynamic Association Italy here: (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hXmzLLQlYtI).This year roughly 400 Events were held worldwide, all promoted throughh word and mouth and a facebook page.There are roughly 4000 biodynamic farms worldwide, plus an additional other targer groups.Last year went by "ohh an email, lets respond"  and this should move to.. "we need to contact these guys and check if they received it". It is very complex and help is needed to how plan and how to monitor the promotion of the event.The aim is to inform people but also to get them signed up to a online newsletter, so we are free of facebook (as many farmers are not on facebook).More details perhaps via email.
