We are a film, TV and video production charity that supports young people and under-represented groups (BAMER, LGBT) to create content that helps to promote diversity and inclusion.  Current promo: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0MVg99N8O6I Website: www.madetv.org  Our vision has always been to empower young people with the tools and skills to create innovative and engaging content that helps to make the creative industries more representative of its population. In addition our beneficiaries increase their employability and encourage community cohesion through their work in our projects.  We'd like to focus on improving our online platform (website and branding) to build a solid audience for the work (short films, sketches, campaigns) created by our project participants. We have access to a Google grant which can be better managed to encourage subscriptions and donations. The time / hours / days will depend on your availability - we're flexible! We can cover (London Travelcard/Oyster) for any days you come out to visit us. Or if you prefer we can work remotely via Skype / Email or Phone.
