Our mission is to help charities help more people more effectively. Our vision is a world in which charities and businesses work together to achieve positive social change. We are an award-winning charity that connects Pilotlighters (our business members) with charitable organisations to unlock solutions that help charities become more effective and sustainable. Since 2003 we have worked with more than 1,600 Pilotlighters who have served as mentors and coaches for over 700 charities and social enterprises in the UK, all tackling disadvantage. Our fully managed programmes are time efficient, maximising the benefits for our Charity Partners. At the end of an engagement with us, charities have developed the business skills they need and the confidence to create long-term impact that better serves their community. Pilotlighters test and refine their leadership skills on real-time strategic issues through dynamic community engagements.

Help wanted to develop our brand look

Last year with an external agency we developed a new website and refreshed our logo. However, we now need to incorporate this look into our collateral, and would be interested in working with a marketeer or group of marketeers on new branded collateral/upgrading our current collateral to go alongside our new look and logo. This would include both print and digital collateral, e.g. banners, fliers, brochures, social media images and gifs etc..
