Conservation NGO in West Africa - Help wanted in Communications and Marketing

Hello! We are Maio Biodiversity Foundation (Fundação Maio Biodiversidade), a conservation NGO in Maio, one of the islands in Cape Verde, West Africa. We are an NGO with a diverse team, which through national and international partnerships, raises awareness, involves and trains the population in environmental issues for conservation and sustainable development in Maio. We would love some help to publicise our great work. We currently don't have anyone working full-time on communications, only one person running our social media, and some external help to set up our website (http://fmb-maio.org/) and to write the occasional article about us (https://www.fauna-flora.org/news/meet-guardians-sea-protecting-cape-verdes-marine-life?fbclid=IwAR1TWHsMtpeCtZjO0qFYyPfMkFrM7-xhNAG_cYJLL0093SgPmaKCGft-4qs). If you could help with any of the following, please get in touch. Anyone that also speaks Portuguese we would also love to find a volunteer that could come to Maio to train our staff in some communications basics (and we may also have some budget to help with flights etc). In the mean time however, we would love any help (in English or Portuguese!) with: - Improving our website - Creating a communications plan for our social media/website news posts - An analysis of our current communications and what we could do better - Writing any news articles (these would be in English) for the website - Anything else you feel we could benefit from we would be open to hearing about!
