Diversity initiative to create equality of opportunity and to improve under-representation of talented Black professionals in financial and professional services by
(1) requiring signatory firms and organisations to set targets and action plans to increase the numbers of Black executives in senior positions and thereby create pipelines of talent;
(2) fostering networks, connectivity and programmes for self-advancement for Black professionals across the financial and professional services sectors; and
(3) creating a hub and resource for data, best practices and learning relating to the recruitment and progression of Black talent in business and in the financial and professional services sectors.
