Support for Trauma-Informed Digital Products

Walking with Eris CIC is a values-led social enterprise creating trauma-informed digital tools to support people experiencing workplace stress, anxiety, and burnout — particularly those in helping or values-driven roles. We’re preparing to launch two core self-help wellbeing coaching products: A 100+ page PDF guide (Anchored in Calm), and An introductory starter resource (First Steps to Steadiness) These resources are based on real reflective writing created during periods of acute burnout. From this, we’ve learned that when someone is overwhelmed or signed off from work, it's often too complex to explain what's happening — let alone ask for help. These tools are designed to honour that inward phase, offering gentle, self-guided support to help people reconnect with their own inner stability. They're not a quick fix, they're a compassionate companion for the journey back to self. We’re also launching a series of themed digital support bundles that complement the main products. We’re looking for pro bono support in the following areas: Design Support - Preparing a visually accessible and emotionally calming fillable PDF version of our 100+ page self-help coaching guide - Creating coherent, clean visual identity across product materials - Light-touch visual input on product landing pages (already in development) Marketing Support - Creating promotional graphics and copy that align with our trauma-aware, emotionally safe voice - Contributing to a relational marketing approach that invites trust and connection (not urgency or pressure) - Supporting our visibility as a social enterprise entering the digital wellbeing space Strategic Marketing and Networking Support - Guidance on product positioning, audience clarity, and pricing strategy - Support with outreach and connection-building in the social enterprise space - Connecting to people who speak truth to power and care about ethical innovation Customer Insight Support (Post Launch) - Helping us gather and interpret early user feedback - Supporting us to deliver resources that are not only emotionally safe, but genuinely helpful - Identifying patterns, needs, or blind spots to help us keep evolving We’ve just completed our first year of trading and are committed to scaling in a way that protects integrity, centres emotional safety, and reinvests back into our community. All profits from these products will go toward providing pro bono wellbeing coaching for individuals experiencing long-term unemployment linked to workplace trauma, stress and anxiety-related burnout, or the compounded impact of being neurodivergent and navigating trauma recovery in unsupportive work environments; particularly where these experiences have led to exclusion from the workforce.
