For children in Malawi millions of school days are lost every year due to poor health and inadequate sanitation, which massively impacts on their education and development.

Pump Aid, a UK-registered charity with innovative water, sanitation, and hygiene (WASH) programmes in rural Malawi, recently signed up to Pimp My Cause and connected with Sabrina Ke Qin Tin, a graphic designer, who created assests for their World Toilet Day fundraising campaign.

“As a small charity, Pump Aid are grateful for initiatives like Pimp My Cause that allow us to connect with volunteers that have a skillset which can support our team. After creating a profile with some requests for help we were delighted that Sabrina was willing to design some graphics for our World Toilet Day campaign and hope to work with her again in the future.”

Pump Aid are now inviting supporters to participate in their Big Give campaign (29th November - 6th December) to double the impact of their donations through matched funding.

They aim is to raise £61,000 to train and support 10 water entrepreneurs to improve water access to 25,000 people and provide vital hygiene support to 500 children attending 2 preschool nurseries.
