Mission

Separation and divorce is common - but there is nothing like the pain and sense of loss when things have gone wrong, especially when there is conflict and anger. Children are in the middle of this - they feel their parents' emotions, and children worry, often with torn loyalties and their own views and ideas lost in the struggle. Our work with families aims to help them put children's best interests first - to find ways of maintaining children's relationships with both parents and help parents work towards co-parenting, by resolving their own difficulties and supporting positive communication through mediation. For many families, our child contact centres are a lifeline, providing a safe and supportive space where children can play with their non-resident parent.

Additional Information

We are a small organisation and all of our staff are part-time. People who help us pro-bono or volunteer with us really do add value, doing things we could not possible achieve by ourselves.

Put it in a nutshell

Description

We are a small organisation struggling to develop an online presence that will communicate our cause to supporters without making our beneficiaries feel like victims and charity cases. We need help to create and implement a campaign targeted at corporate individuals and legal professionals in our region to take out memberships of our organisation - this helps us to raise funds through membership fees and build a target market for future fundraising events and activities. We have very little money and time for this. Can you help? To be clear, we don't need a strategy or plan, we need sleeves up, concept to completion help over a couple of months.
