1. To create job opportunities to any person currently having difficulty in obtaining work, and paying them at least a living wage. 2. To create the conditions that will allow tourists to obtain holiday photos, on their own cameras, in which all the members of that tourist group are in the photo.

The idea is to provide Street Photographers who will be present at tourist attractions so that, when requested to do so by the tourist, they can use the tourists own camera to take a photograph so that all the members of that tourist group are in the photo. The Street Photographer jobs will be available to any person currently having difficulty in obtaining work, and will pay at least a living wage.
