Mission

To empower and educate young people to protect their own sexual and mental health before entering into a serious relationship or having a baby. We devise and deliver workshops to secondary school aged students, boys and girls, on topics such as mental health, sexual consent, STIs, the true concept of the planned wanted child and more. We aim to be free at the point of access for children from deprived communities within North Nottinghamshire. We also work to facilitate and free up input from related organisations in the area, with the main aim of creating a 'wrap around' community that places the children at the centre.

We are training volunteers to improve the reach of the workshops and are also working to encourage young ambassadors within the community, as we know children learn best from their peers and are more likely to apply and reflect on their learning when learnt from a relatable other e.g. friend or other student of a similar age.
