Mission

Support the development of girls in risk situation within a family model so they can achieve a life project.Our goal for the girls is that they become independent, selfsuficient adults with a moral integrity so their families dont have to go through what hurt them so much.We focus in two principal objectives. Love and respect through the example of the carers. We take care of all the emotional needs of our girls to help them heel their life. The family the have will become their family in adult life and will give the belonging.Quality in academic education, the girls want to become lawyers doctors, teachers and they hace the same rights as the rest of the children but they need special attention due to the poverty and bad nutrition they had in their early life but have the skills. They attend schools with personal attention and have a tutor at home. When needed they get learning therapy and academic  regularization

We intend to grow with another fammily next year. As part of our expansion Puerta Abierta  will begin to help the community with conferences and chat in home violence.
