Personal Introduction

Robin specialises in developing and delivering content for marketing, research and customer insight courses. Drawing on his 32 years of marketing and research experience, Robin works with clients who are looking to significantly improve the quality of the solutions that they offer their customers As a professional facilitator, Robin’s style is energetic and motivational and has developed skills to encourage people to learn for themselves and guide them to deciding how to use new tools learnt to apply to their work and then achieve behavioural change of how to apply new skills to their roles   Robin has been a member of Faculty for the Marketing Institute of Singapore, UK Chartered Institute of Marketing and UK Market Research Society. He is a Fellow and former Vice Chairman of the Market Research Society, a Fellow and Chartered Marketer of the Chartered Institute of Marketing and Freeman of the Worshipful Company of Marketers
