Experience

Marketing Manager - High & Mighty (01/10 – 02/12) Led the integration of High and Mighty in to JD Williams post acquisition. Created new identity for brand and rolled out across web site, retail estate and all communication channels. Created 3 year marketing strategy and annual marketing plans. Used Google Analytics to manage PPC activity and drive best results. Worked with outside agency to drive SEO campaigns and overall visibility. Launched Facebook page and ran effective competitions. Worked with high profile brands to deliver effective marketing campaigns online and in-store. Achieved effective local and national PR coverage and enrolled brand ambassador. Developed catalogue and DM activity in line with identity. Organised marketing and PR for 6 new and 14 relocated/refitted stores. Delivered two large qualitative research projects.   Marketing Manager - boohoo.com (11/08 – 12/09) Responsible for the content and design of the homepage and all editorial sections on the web site plus the 3-a-week email campaigns. Worked closely with online team to shape PPC, affiliate and SMS campaigns. Managed, edited and created content for the customer monthly magazine. Planning and delivering the distribution of the magazine, including DM to new data lists and insertions in key woman’s magazines. Planning, negotiating and booking all media. Organised concept photo shoots every 6 weeks. Appointed PR agency and managed effective national campaigns. Planned, designed and ran Clothes Show Live stand. Ran sponsorship campaigns on TV and in magazines. Organised promotions with 3rd parties such as NUS, Company Magazine.    Customer Recruitment Manager - Shop Direct Group (02/06 – 09/08) Managed on and offline marketing to new prospects, which included direct mail, emails, homepages, press, inserts and leaflets. Worked closely with B&M to select ranges for marketing material. Regularly met with Ecommerce team to direct them on the current campaigns and shape the PPC, SEO and affiliate campaigns. Worked closely with Customer Insight to agree plans/budgets & review results. Set campaign objectives and monitored results. Continually drove for better production processes and prices.   POS Manager - Littlewoods Stores Ltd (09/03 – 09/05) Managed all campaign critical paths to ensure that POS was delivered to stores on time whilst maintaining quality and managing the budget. Had final approval on all POS artwork to ensure consistency and fit for purpose. Managed supplier base to ensure that prices were commercially acceptable.
