Personal Introduction

Throughout my career I have worked across most areas of marketing, resulting in becoming very much an all-rounder. My last foray has been within customer retention, and my responsibilities focussed on the development of the customer experience. This included development/monetisation of digital platforms, alignment of customer needs/impact, additional revenues and increased customer satisfaction. I am particularly interested in the development of a multi platform approach to shaping customer experience and deliver greater profitability. I believe in common sense marketing/business. In essence this means focussing on customers that matter, understanding their needs well, and translating these into plans that deliver well defined objectives. Albeit a campaign, a new product, or processes.
