Mission

To help the creative community to overcome the barriers facing them in supporting themselves using their passion and talents, while bringing the uniqueness and creativity thriving in London back to shoppers in our community.Our project is designed as a vehicle for social growth and positive change;- our fun and free activities connect us with the local community.- our retail activities connect us with local creatives and makers.- our events in collaboration with small local charities connects us with those most needing support within our community.- by donating 50% of our profits to those most needing support within our community we are able to maximise our ability to influence local life for the better.- using the other 50% to grow allows us to continually increase our reach and capacity to help others.All of these things combined creates a vibrant, energetic community, with a strong connection between our members centred around a desire to work together and improve our home in a positive and fun manner - Focallocal wants Londoners to take ownership of their city and aims to provide them with means to work for improvement while enjoying being a part of it.

The Focallocal community is a fun, energetic and vibrant gathering of people from all backgrounds and walks of life in London. We aim to make life in London brighter and more colourful, reconnecting local shoppers with creative locally produced goods and using the profits to help groups dealing with serious societal issues through donating 50% of our profits and through our light-hearted, adventurous and enjoyable activities. Our community is based upon an open environment of connection and positivity. All causes and opinions are valid and respected as people agree to put aside their affiliations for a while, allowing us to be open to everyone in our community, as a human, apart from our passionately held points of view which so often divide us. By focusing on what connects us and not what divides us we create a safe space where we teach people the important skill of learning how to come together as humans over a project or event.
