Personal Introduction

I am a Marketing Services Manager with approximately 10 years experience both agency and clientside. Currently working in the software sector delivering a global marketing programme to which I am responsible to the Head of Sales & Marketing.   I work closely on a day to day basis with both the sales team and other internal departments alongside managing a number of external resources such as telemarketing support, design agencies and website support.   Delivery fully integrated marketing communication strategy my duties include PR, direct marketing via old and new media, website management via CMS, market research, competitor research, analysis, event organisation and management, brand management, sales support including new business generation and the creation of company literature.   I am confident, lively and outgoing but quite a homebody at heart. I am passionate about pregnancy and baby related charities such as Tommy’s and Bliss. I am a mother of two young girls and am currently undertaking a CAM Diploma in Marketing Communications.

Experience

Following the personal experience of babyloss with my first child and subsequent pregnancy issues with my two daughters I have been a passionate supporter of Tommy's the Baby Charity for over 8 years. I regularly take part in PR via press and radio for them to help promote and support their cause. I also use social media to bring further awareness to their activities in order to support another family who may be experiencing or who have experienced the issues I have.    In 2011 my consultant won a Tommy's Hero Award following my nomination to the charity following the support she had given me.
