Our vision is to develop a connected community of 500 people in the west midlands, who work together to create a society where everybody can make a positive contribution, regardless of their current challenges, disadvantages or background. Through our activities, we will enable the most disadvantaged groups and individuals the opportunity to make better choices, live better lives and have a positive impact in their community.

Some Key Projects and Services · Coaching and Mentoring Group mentoring The Mentoring Club engages a group of people to go through a mentoring process together, essentially working together to identify, explore and plan to resolve an issue in their lives or their lives. This often focuses on particular issues that young people have in common. The club has a focus on personal development, placing importance on young people feeling equipped to deal with the identified challenges. Our 1-2-1 Mentoring Programme is referral based and requires a young person, their carer, school or educational institution or a key individual in the young person’s life (I.e. youth worker) to support the process. This should not replace more informal or activity orientated mentoring from taking place alongside activities, but will give a young person the opportunity to undertake a personal development programme based on exploring some of the reasons for needing the support, goals, visions or ideal circumstances, tools to utilise, skills to build and kickstarting into action. This is both practical and conversational as gives some advice and ideas alongside fundamental input from the individual.
