CDG Volunteers is an added value initiative launched by CDG to offer skilled volunteers from the local community a chance to use their career and industry expertise to help jobseekers find employment. CDG Volunteers help jobseekers develop their communication skills, mentor people looking for work in their industry and learn how to market themselves effectively in a competitive job market.
