Additional Information

Freewheelers EVS is an out of hours medical courier service that operates a fleet of motorcycles each equipped with high-visibility markings to provide an efficient and dedicated delivery service to our partners. We transport blood, pathology & microbiology specimens incl Covid, patient notes, X-rays, neo natal breast milk, and other medical supplies between hospitals and hospices within Bristol, Bath and Taunton as our hub locations. We also provide essential blood products on a daily basis servicing both the Great Western Air Ambulance Charity and Wiltshire Air Ambulance so the critical care paramedics can carry blood on board. Our service to the NHS and the air ambulances is provided free of charge and is funded entirely by public donation and sponsorship. If our service did not exist they would be forced to use taxis or commercial couriers. Freewheelers EVS is run entirely by volunteers. In 2008, in recognition of the dedicated work of our volunteers, we were given The Queen's Award for Voluntary Service. This is the highest honour that a voluntary group can receive, equivalent in status to an MBE. In 2020, we were due to celebrate our 30th anniversary as a charity but focussed on delivering a much needed Covid support service, including moving to a 24 hour operation for much of 2020. In 2022, we are now able to start fundraising out in the community once again and raise awareness of who we are and what free service we provide across the south west region.

New charity Leaflet rebranding/refresh to aid fundraising and general awareness

Description

Our existing charity leaflet is out of date following a refresh of our website, online and text fundraising platforms, plus we need to make the images 'faceless' given changing volunteers in the organisation. We no longer have any in house skills and seeking your support to help re-align our branding across the literature now we are once again able to fundraise out in the community. We have a stock of images but can also seek to obtain additional ones if deemed required to fit the end result better. We have a general concept of what we would like to include but need an expert to help identify what will actually work and generate the end product. Thank you
