I'm a Fellow of The Chartered Institute of Marketing, a Freeman of the Worshipful Company of Marketors and a Freeman of the City of London which means I bring high level marketing expertise to those I work with! But I also bring my values which are Friendly, Reliable and Innovative. I'm an international motivational speaker, strategist and business coach with my marketing emphasis being on strategy and execution. A major area of expertise is in helping Civil Society and Charitable organisations get ready and bid for public sector procurement contracts. I am an experienced user of balanced scorecard having developed KPI's for Charities.

Experience

Over 1000 UK charities and civil society organsiations have attended the workshops I've presented on organisational performance improvement, growth and tendering for contracts. I have recently completed a strategic plan for a major venue of an international charity. This plan will help the charity establish an innovative and sustainable level of support for its community.
