Additional Information

Sorry the formatting on this site is a bit tricky! Founded in September last year, we're still quite early in the journey however we've already built a strong team around the co-founders and have made some good progress. Further details of our progress to date is discussed in the podcast episode 'Where is Inspireal Now? Dec 2022' viewable here: https://open.spotify.com/show/5G5AS40MrtjSTgP1rCX5h4 Also in the more recent episodes of the podcast you'll be able to hear some people's journeys being shared, starting with myself (Rob) and the other co-founder (Sunny). We've currently got an extra 8 episodes which are scheduled to release weekly on Saturdays, and are lining up more to be recorded shortly. These stories are an initial method to capture people's journeys and share them with the world, with the long term intention being that we will be able to put these into a website/app where people can be matched with people who have encountered similar challenges, and then learn from their experiences. When people can see how others overcame similar obstacles to them they won't need to reinvent the wheel, so they can move forward more easily. Our current marketing aims are to raise awareness and build partnerships with organisations who work in social mobility, education, and recruitment, especially for the purpose of testing and collecting stories. The testing would be of a simple MVP (which is scheduled to be working by the end of Jan) and the principles used in face to face settings (such as workshops or talks), and the collection of the stories would initially be on the podcast, but in the long run this will also become the initial database populating the app. We imagine this will be done using a 3 fold content strategy, which we could use support in planning the processes which would be followed by internal staff. 1. Core content - Building out the podcast and repurpose the audio content to create content of various mediums to distribute across different platforms, tailored to the relevant audiences. 2. Calendar content - The standard process of content being released in line with relevant dates throughout the year would 3. Trend content - Identifying and engaging in trends which emerge in communities In addition to the strategic work required with implementing the above, we'd also appreciate support with developing our existing stakeholder profiles, and identifying where they are (digitally and physically) and how we can reach them using the above types of content. I'd love to jump on a call with you to discuss our project and see if there's anyway we can work together.
