Mission

The Legacy Project is one of three organisations that make up the Legacy Partnerhip. Y Services for Young People and Music Fusion are the other two providers in the partnership. Formed in December 2011, the Legacy Partnership is a pioneering model of social collaboration and is delivered using the shared values of transparency, trust and team work.The Legacy Partnership now works with over 200 young people a week and touches the lives of roughly 9,000 young people across 8 hubs in Hampshire? Our services now include out reach and youth work sessions, health and well being, counseling, sexual health and LGBT advice, creative youth projects that use music and media and positive impact community projects..Our fantastic staff are passionate about making a positive difference in the lives of young people and where ever possible providing positive role modeling and encouraging personal development. We now have 25 professionally qualified Youth Support Workers, qualified social workers, ex police officers, sports coaches and qualified practitioners in Health and Well Being working on our projects.
