Logo redesign for refugee charity celebrating 10 year anniversary!

After18 was founded in 2013 so we are celebrating our ten year anniversary this year! To mark the occasion, and to help us make as big an impact as possible with our anniversary event, stakeholder engagement and media relations plan, we would like to do a full rebrand. Our logo was created very quickly and cheaply when we were first established and is definitely in need of some thought and attention. We want our branding to reflect the way our young people and supporters see us and to make us stand out as the small but ambitious charity that we are. We are looking for: - logo redesign, incorporating feedback from young people, volunteers and staff - one-off ten year anniversary version of the logo - brand palette - font library - some advice on how we can create our own visual style Our anniversary event will be held in June so we'd like to have this ready a couple of months in advance, in order to use on our event invitations, media releases, social media etc. A little bit more about us: We've spent the last ten years working with hundreds of young refugees and asylum seekers in Leicester, helping them to rebuild their lives here in the UK. We are led by the needs of the young people, which are in a constant state of change as geo-political situations around the world force them to move in order to seek safety. We are called After18 because we recognise that a young person’s vulnerability and need for support does not end with childhood on their 18th birthday. We are a consistent point of information and support as they transition to adulthood. Each year through a tailored programme of educational and wellbeing activities we support over 200 young people in Leicester to move towards economic, social and mental wellbeing and to thrive as independent adults.
