Additional Information

Hello, I'm Fiona Osmaston - five years ago I was diagnosed with invasive Lobular Carcinoma and thanks to the Primrose Breast Care Centre at University Hospitals Plymouth and the Primrose Foundation I am still here! The Primrose Foundation is looking to develop and enhance the experience for any person who is diagnosed with breast disease. We are looking to support some specialist nurses, physios, reconstruction surgeons and research. Attendance to mammograms and screening appointments have dropped nationally and in Plymouth by up to 50% in the most economically and socially deprived areas. We would like to help women attend their vital screening appointments as early detection is the best protection and breast screening saves lives. We would welcome any interest and support. Thank you for reading. Fiona
