We are aiming to 'liberate' some of the 37.5 million litres of unused DIY paint stored in garages, attics or sheds through an online reuse network. Members of the public will be able to give away surplus and unwanted household paint in their locality FREE of charge while grateful recipients would be invited to donate (say) £1 per pot to a good cause. Web development skills and/or crowdfunding is sought to launch the portal.
