Our mission is to advocate, educate, and support. We strive to create a world where every aspect of community life is inclusive and respectful of the queer community. We remain steadfast in our commitment to champion the rights of our members, foster inclusive growth, and ensure that the annual Barnet Pride Celebration and every other day in our borough, are a testament to the spirit of unity, diversity, and pride.

We were founded in early 2021 during the pandemic as a response to the amazing work that has been achieved around the city in other boroughs and wanting to emulate that here in Barnet. We act as a voice for the queer community in the borough by having a seat at the pan London LGBTIQA+ forums meetings, liaising with the Local LGBT liaison police officers and the council to ensure they are supporting on a macro level. We continue to work closely with the council to start our annual Barnet Pride Celebration. We support directly through regular events and advice while signposting to other organisations that may be helpful for our members. We create accessible, affordable & enjoyable digital queer diversity and inclusion education with a focus on engaging with local and rural communities. We work and partner with local organisations to ensure their services are inclusive and in turn are building a directory of events, services & organisations that have completed queer inclusion training to allow for ease of searching for inclusive businesses & services that are accessible to the queer community.
