Visits Unlimited is a newly-established Community Interest   Company.  Our mission is to help all  types of venues and tourist attractions –whether cultural or commercial – offer the best possible experience to families with disabled children.  We do this by offering practical advice and training programmes to empower the staff of an organisation to feel confident to welcome and support families with disabled children so they can get the maximum enjoyment out of their visit.    We would like some help to design a website that can grow with us. We need to engage with venues and with families of disabled children. For venues we need to promote our services and help them promote their   commitment to welcoming all families.    We want to be the families’ first choice when they are planning a day out – to find out the best venues and to read reviews by other families.    We’ve got lots of ideas about what we would like to do – but we would   really like some help with creating and building a website that will appeal   to both our key market sectors – the venues as well as the families.    As well as advising on on physical access, we focus on the social and cultural barriers that can exclude disabled children and their families from taking part in important and valuable leisure activities.     The benefit to venues is access to a large and loyal market sector, as well as staff who are more confident in helping all the families who visit   their venue.     Our insights into this field have been honed by years of personal and professional experience.  Both the directors are qualified in training. One has worked in education for 15 years, and the other has set up two award-winning charities which have gone from strength to strength over the last 12 years. We are both mothers of disabled children.
