I NEED YOUR HELP TO MAKE CHANGE!

I am working for an organisation in dire need of new PR and communications strategy as well as a shake up to social media and other online platforms. Our current communications range from uninspired to non-existent in all areas from traditional media to social media. This is no one’s fault as the charity has been busy providing top quality and inspiring care to members of our community and have neglected the luxury of an illustrious PR/Comms/Marketing effort! My name is Kate and I have been bought in as a fundraiser, but need to lay vital foundations before I can drive any real giving campaign. I am in no way an expert on this but understand the vital importance of effective communication with stakeholders and local communities in order to enhance the organisations image and progress. The implementation of a strong comms, PR and marketing strategy is the prerequisite to a fruitful fundraising initiative (something that has not happened here before either).It is vital for the sake of the adults and children who receive our support and care that we start pushing the frontiers of our charitable status and operate with a bit more business acumen! Can you help me make long lasting, positive change for a community of vulnerable adults and children? I am so passionate about this and desperate to see amazing change, but I require the advice and guidance (even remotely)!
