Parent Support Link (PSL) was set up in 1994 to help and support parents with their childrens drug use.  Since it was set up PSL has expanded to offer services to anyone who cares for someone who uses drugs or alcohol. PSL now supports the family, friends and carer of people who use drugs or alcohol in Southampton and also across Hampshire.  Carers are offered 1 to 1 support, a Time Out project for respite and support groups.
