ella Forums brings together leaders of charities and social enterprises with the goal of fostering ongoing development of their leadership skills. Leaders of charities and social enterprises can face particular challenges and can get great benefit in terms of ideas, knowledge and experience from their peers in the sector. They can also share their own knowledge and experiences for the benefit of others. ella Forums is lead and run by a wonderful group of people who voluntarily give their time and expertise in support of the purpose and objectives of the organisation because they are passionate about developing leaders in the charitable and not-for-profit sectors. We support charity leaders by running regional Action Learning Forums, Speaker presentations on topics such as coaching for managers, financial and organisational resilience and much more.
