This initiative involved training over 2000 students in Eldoret, sensitizing them about the SDGs, and encouraging them to devise community solutions, including the planting of over 2000 trees. ● Mini Projects Program: ICARE's impactful global project, the Mini Projects Program, connects global mentors to grassroots social impact leaders striving to create solutions for community challenges based on the SDGs. This program, initiated in 2021, has impacted about 21 global initiatives across more than 20 countries. ● Documentation and Knowledge Sharing: The organization emphasizes knowledge dissemination through the compilation of an ebook containing project reports and testimonials from mentors and participants. A copy of the 2022 Mini Projects Program has been deposited in the Kenyan national library. ● Organizational Structure: ICARE has established a robust global structure, including a full board of directors and a team of advisors from different countries. The inclusion of a Global Portfolio Manager and Kenyan Portfolio Manager enhances the organization's accountability and strengthens its structure.
