Help disadvantaged young people get Around The World in a Day

Description

We're seeking help in spreading the word about Around the World in a Day, which is a fundraising campaign to help transform the lives of disadvantaged young people. Around the World in a Day takes place between 12-18 June 2016. Participants organise an activity which enables them to collect Kilometres and raise sponsorship. Our aim is to get people moving, whether it is running, cycling, swimming, hopping, skipping, dancing or whatever! Over the course of the campaign we collect up everyones' kilometres, in order to make it around the world (40,075 kilometres!) As long as they collect kilometres, and collect funds in the form of sponsorship or donations we are happy for them to move in whichever way they want! We welcome registration from individuals, businesses and schools, and the money they raise goes to support our work in transforming young lives, as well as local causes supporting young people, which participants can nominate.  Whether a school, a business or an individual, we want everyone signed up and fundraising, and we need help in spreading the word to reach as many people as possible. With your PR skills we hope to increase participants, get the name of the campaign out there, increase donations, and raise awareness of our work as a Foundation.
