The Ket Wangi Orphanage & Learning Centre was set up in the home of an incredible Kenyan nurse, Emily, following the political violence of 2008 and because of the ravages of AIDS. Emily so impressed and inspired a few people who visited that a charity is currently being set up to help her care and educate 82 children. The place is a haven for those kids, despite the lack of the most basic amenities.
