Consultancy experience with a number of charities and social enetrprises, from small community groups to arge charities such as CAFOD lst permanent role was a deputy CEO with a social enterpise in east london, where resposibilties included impact measuremnt, policy and operational development, HR and Office management. Prior to this I spent 11 years working in senior poilcy advisory roles for a Caribbean Government in the areas of internatioanl trade and foreign policy
