Having recently been on maternity leave during which I started and completed my Chartered Institute of Marketing diploma, I am currently in the job market looking for the right role and organisation. In the meantime I am very keen to keep my skills and knowledge up to date by working on charitable causes and campaigns in order to give something back to the community.

In addition to my CIM diploma, I have 6 years at Publicis, having worked on Hewlett Packard and Pernod Ricard managing the development of intregrated advertising campaigns across international markets. This was followed by a sales and marketing role at Saddington & Baynes, a post production house. In Dec 2008 I was made redundant. I took this opportunity to go travelling for 3 months in the first quarter of 2009. In 2009 things were a bit tough in the job market but through networking, I set up a meeting with the founder of Host Universal, an ethical brand strategy agency. The meeting was really just to pick his brains but I was so inspired by their work that I volunteered myself for a big Fairtrade project that they were about to start work on (minimal budget and they literally covered the cost of my expenses!). This was followed by an ongoing contract position at Easyodds, an online gaming company, for which I worked for just over a year as an Account Manager. After leaving Easyodds, I undertook a series of freelance contracts, including operations management, before officially starting my maternity leave in January 2011.
