Additional Information

Our organisation caters for over 300 disabled children from Horsham District, Crawley Borough, Mid-Sussex, Worthing and London Borough of Sutton.  We provide a Saturday Club  which runs every term time weekend for the “Grasshoppers” children (aged 5-12) and Activity Schemes every school holiday and half term week for both “Grasshoppers” children and our “Buddies” youngsters (aged 12-18), so they can experience a range of different activities such as indoor and outdoor games, bowling, trampolining, swimming, cinema and outings to places of interest.  In addition to our groups for disabled children, we provide our "Cheeky Monkeys"  family “play ‘n stay” membership which is available every weekday which currently numbers over 300 families living in Horsham, Crawley and Mid Sussex.  This membership is available for all families and children irrespective of their status or location and is a fairly unique facility for parents and their extended family members to join in playing alongside their children and make friends with all the other visitors.  Our Twins Club also has regular play and support sessions which they find invaluable as well as being able to use all the usual facilities at Springboard House.    In 2012 our Springboard House centre received over 28,000 visits.  The children and their families enjoy a wide range of play facilities on offer, including a soft play Adventure Room, Sensory Room, Two Lounge areas, a Kitchen and our large outdoor Jubilee Leisure Garden.
