Myself and my business partner josh are in the process of setting up a new service aimed at helping people with needs such as a learning disability, mental health issue, physical disability etc develop life skills and have a better quality of life.
As a DC/VA based startup, the actNOW Team is requesting guidance on various business development and incorporation procedures as a Public Benefit Corporation.
