Graphic Designer

Description

The London Division plans to hold 4-5 events each year to promote leadership and volunteering within the Industry, and to raise funds for our grants programme, which will support local UK charities that promote education. Particular areas of support include employability, literacy, social inclusion and diversity.To help promote these events, we are looking for a volunteer who can ideally provide on-going support and who is interested in helping to shape and grow a charitable organisation.We are particularly interested in someone with following skills and experience:Graphic design skills, for instance, to produce event invitations, posters and programmes, and marketing materials for the DivisionAbility to develop creative content (optional)Ability to place the flyers on-line or set up on software such as Mail Chimp  Strong organisation skills and ability to work within tight deadlinesFlexibility to meet changing requirements and willingness to work with a start-up organisationThe role presents a unique opportunity to be part of an organisation that has achieved great success in the United States, and to help shape and be part of a relatively new charity in the UK.  Since proceeds from our events are granted back to local charities, the volunteer's contribution will have an important impact on the individuals and communities we aim to support.
