Personal Introduction

I got in to marketing with the idea of learning how it works so I could do something positive with it. It turns out that's harder to get paid for than I thought, but the intention remains - no matter what your cause, I'd be interested to talk about how I can help in my spare time.

Experience

CRM - email marketing, SMS, push notifications other channels involving a database to customer relationship like Facebook Messenger etc. Nowadays I focus more on strategy, best practise, test and learn and larger-scale automation projects, but I'm always happy to get back to the coal face of directly building and sending messages. I come from a broader Digital Marketing background, so may be able to help with things like performance marketing, social stuff, and integrating with above the line campaigns such as TV, Radio and Outdoor. My experience here is a bit out of date but I'd relish a good reason to get up to speed again.
