We deliver our mission by: engaging and involving people from the most marginalised communities to identify the barriers to improving health and well being, and working in partnership with communities and statutory services to overcome them. • raising awareness of ways to improve health and well being in those communities through education and support to access health and social care services. • directly providing innovative and responsive services that meet the diverse needs of people from different backgrounds who are the most marginalised or excluded.  We do this  in ways that empower them to improve their own lives.

Description

GEM needs your help advertising and markieting this exercise program across the United States, providing other small commnities like ours (jnn Savannah) with a chance to implement a low cost, high energy exercise program for people with PD, MS, ET, ALS, stroke recovery, etc .  cost of the program is only $10/person/per month.  Classes also include caregivers, who can work to stay healthy themselves. We have changed the lives of 188 people in 6 short months, and know there are other communities like ours who could yse the hlp.  We ask you to hlep put us in contact with them. Sarah
