Additional Information

We are an industrial museum run by volunteers. We want to get ourselves on the map for all kinds of educational visits. An old brickworks we still have all our original steam driven, Victorian machinery and lots of space. We have run pilots working with young offenders and families on the Hampshire Families Intervention Programme. We have lots of room for undertaking activities such as brick laying, making a BBQ, cooking lessons and all sorts. We are a ruggied museum and don't have to say 'please don't touch' all the time which makes us much more accessible than most museums. We think we have lots to offer but we need to get our message out and about. Mostly this means finding sponsors. All the classes we have run to date have been enjoyed by the participants and thought highly of by the organisers.....its just that there is no public funding anymore. Help!
