I am a marketing and communications executive working as part of in an in-house team for a global HR consultancy. I do a lot of content creation; writing material for all kinds of internal and external communications. I'm happy working with social media, blogs and various types of website CMS. Aside from the day job, I do freelance work helping small businesses and sole traders with copywriting and creating cost-effective websites.

My previous role was as a Senior Account Executive for a B2B PR Company. This gave me experience managing clients and dealing with all aspects of media relations. I can advise on public relations and help with creating press releases and PR campaigns. I've done various volunteer roles, some based on the business side of things and some more 'hands on'. This includes being a Director of Folk Camps Society, a music charity and spending time at a centre for homeless and disabled children and adults in Kerala, India.
