Now competent in using Microsoft office and have experience with Adobe software. Analysed and interpreted quantitative and qualitative data using Microsoft Access software. Also have some experience using SPSS predictive analytics software. Leadership & Co-ordination Team leader for a marketing project in university working with a local business. Ensured that all members of the group were on target with work and handed it in before the deadline, giving constructive criticism, providing support and delegating tasks to the correct individual. Premium retail experience and a very high standard of customer service due to my current job as supervisor at Kurt Geiger. Voted as marketing course representative at my first year in university. This required me to keep records of fellow peers concerns and views on the course and liaison with the head of the course. Captain of my university football team, responsibilities include: Organising events, keeping team morale high, motivating the players and making sure everyone arrives on time. Communication & Presentation Experience with television interviews as part of some voluntary work I did in a marketing campaign on a number of occasions. This required me to answer questions for an advertisement for my college in front of a camera. The advertisement was a great success and was shown on a big screen in the city centre for a week to attract new students to the college. My role as supervisor at Kurt Geiger has taught me how to deal with clients in a professional manner both face to face and on the phone. This has led to increased customer loyalty and I have had people request to be served solely by me in the past. Given many effective presentations in college and university. Was once chosen out of my class to have my presentation video recorded to use for future classes as an example. At Kurt Geiger there have been many high stress situations that required me to stay calm and professional while finding an appropriate solution to the problem. This resulted in gratification from customers. Group work Worked for Seed Staff at NASS festival to get an insight into the events industry. The role required me to be outgoing and have great communication skills as I had never met the group I was working with before.
