Mission

Our mission is to 'Inspire Young People'.  We do this through our network of 141 affiliated youth clubs which we help with programme planning, advice and support on how to run a safe young club. We also work directly with around 250 vulnerable or disadvantaged young people every year. This includes unemployed young people, young people leaving care, young people with mental health issues and young carers. Our qualified youth workers work with young people to identify the barriers they face and support them to achieve success through small steps in their lives.

We are a youth work charity supporting 141 youth clubs and working directly with young people who are experiencing difficulties in their lives. Next year we are celebrating our 60th anniversary, and are planning a 'Give 60' campaign, to encourage more people to volunteer within our youth clubs, and to donate money. We would like to launch this in March, and develop a logo and page on the web-site where people could log their time and money, to help us raise £60,000 in cash and in kind. We would also like to do a mail shot to local residents, and have a calendar of events planned.
