Our story is amazing, can you help us tell it better?

We are redefining what a local Rugby Club means for the local community, we are a small, low level, poor, grass roots club based in South London but we have commited not to manage decline but to actively grow participation in Rugby across the board, Men, Women and juniors. We want to become the bench mark declining clubs can look to as an example of how to engage the local community. We need help telling our story. We have so much to offer.This could be a multi-faceted project or you may feel you can help with one area we are targetting. The blank canvas of womens rugby and junior rugby is a goldmine of oppotunity and creativity, it is actually the senior men who are the hardest to market to and engage, so there is some different ideas needed on the Mens side and if we crack it, it really will be something other clubs will want.Engaging the commnuity in healthy acitivities, supporting local sport, increasing uptake in sport. Telling our story. Can you help? Can you show us what we need to do, to become that example of how it should be done?
