Our purpose is to meet a need for affordable counselling & emotional support services. We work with groups, couples, families & individuals from age six. We offer therapeutic group work as requested. We offer family therapy with families when they have a mutual upsetting experience. We do substantial work as mediators within families, supporting each member of the family to have a safe voice enabling resolution to difficulties at home. We offer therapy through creativity & play with younger clients. As a not for profit community interest company we are interested in offering therapeutic services the community request. Our office is open to the public enabling people to drop in and talk with a counsellor. As counsellors man our office and phones this allows for crisis and early interventions. We offer evening and weekend appointments to fit around working and family commitments. Our work is offered by Person-centred Counsellors and Counsellors in training. We offer placements to students in their final years of university training.
